Hi there,
I have downloaded Jamovi to my laptop but am having an issue installing the MAJOR module from the Jamovi library. It says "Error 2 no such file or directory". I then downloaded the package from the website (https://www.jamovi.org/library.html) and tried to sideload it, but failed again with the message "unable to install module".
I am no that tech savvy so am at a loss on what else to try. Has anyone else had this issue and resolved it, or have a suggestion on what to do next, please?

i'm not quite sure what might be the problem there -- it's not something we've encountered before. you only experience this with the MAJOR module? other modules install and work fine?
you could try the 2.5 series instead.
if you had a moment, you could run jamovi in debug mode (you'll find 'jamovi debug' in the windows start menu) and then send us a screenshot of any error messages there.
