There are a few options in the snowIRT module to link different measurement instruments.
Would it be possible to add a new one that is based on the principles outlined in Engelhard and Wang's book "Rasch Models for Solving Measurement Problems: Invariant Measurement in the Social Sciences"? I'm attaching a couple of pictures from the book that hopefully illustrate what I mean.

The approach uses the logit values from Rasch analysis to link two instruments provided that there are shared items.
