gamlj linear mixed model - simple effects

I have been using Jamovi to run linear mixed effects models. On 21st and 22nd August, I ran some of these models, which worked fine. Now, when I re-run the same analyses, it will not calculate the Simple effects. This table appears empty, with the message 'Note. Simple effects cannot be estimated. Refine the model or the covariates conditioning (if any).' I am doing everything the same as before. I noticed that there was a new release of the software on 27th August (version 2.6.2) and wanted to check if this may be a glitch / if others are experiencing the same issue.

Please update to version 3.3.8 and let us know if the issue remains. In case, please send a .omv file with an example of the issue
