Feature suggestion: downloadable log (against cheating)

Post by daricomp »

Hi there,

I'm using jamovi in class since a few years.

A feature that could be useful to limit the abuse of chatgpt is a log, that students could download and that teachers could later check to see whether each student did his/her load of work.

Very specific request indeed, but maybe I'm not the only one with these needs.

Best,
keep going with the great job

I've been under the assumption that AI cannot yet produce a jamovi omv file in response to a prompt. So if a student submits a jamovi file, doesn't that show that a human produced it, and not AI?

i could imagine a situation where the user is copy/pasting into jamovi from an llm ... or sharing a .omv file with their peers.

we've defs been thinking about some forensics features.
