Simple effects

Post by NatRal »

Hi Team,

Any chance you can help, there were no figures in the simple effects output tables using gamlj. I have the most current solid version installed 2.6.26.0, I followed university instructions and installed the other extension of GAMLj3. I now have 2 options when I click on Linear models. if i chose the original installed extension i don't get simple effect figures, but if I chose the other extension, I don't get plot lines. Is there a way to fix this, or would I need to run the analysis twice to get all the necessary information?
Thanks, Nat

attached is the omv file. Plot seems to have worked this time but there is still no simple effects data for the gamlij General linear model? do I just need to use the GAMLj3? the steps are different in this version to what I am learning.
Thank, for your time

Yes, GAMLj3 is the official module, gamlj is legacy for visualizing analyses made with old versions
